TBTDSR-1 is used for the asphalt rheological property research. It tests the mechanical properties of asphalt binder under different time, load conditions and climate conditions.

Availability:

TBTDSR-1 is used for the asphalt rheological property research. It tests the mechanical properties of asphalt binder under different time, load conditions and climate conditions. It can predict the ability of asphalt to resist rutting, optimize thermal performance, aging performance, and fatigue cracking performance through evaluating the adhesive (non recoverable) and elastic (recoverable) properties of aged and non aged asphalt in the temperature range of 5-85 ℃ by measuring their dynamic shear modulus and phase angle.

TBTDSR-1 can measure matrix asphalt, polymer modified asphalt, rubber powder modified asphalt, and aged asphalt after pressure aging or RTFO treatment.


1. Ultra low inertia servo motor technology

1.1 Smooth positioning and drive speed regulation are realized by toothless torque;

1.2 The low inertia hollow cup motor design for quick response of torque and speed;

1.3 It can provide extremely high torque and power;

1.4 The relationship between current and torque, voltage and velocity is absolutely linear;

2. Ultra-high precision sensor measurement system

2.1 Optical encoder with 10-4rad resolution for accurate measurement of rotational angular displacement and angular velocity;

2.2 Ultra-high sensitivity normal force sensor design for measuring and controlling normal force accurately and rapidly;

2.3 Ultra-high sensitivity torque sensor design for measuring rotor torque accurately;

2.4 The high precision grating system accurately measures and controls vertical operating position with 0.1μm resolution ;

3. Temperature control unit

3.1 Both upper and lower clamps adopt Peltier temperature control elements and high-resolution temperature sensors to ensure fast and accurate temperature control for sample;

3.2 One-step pluggable design for power, communication, and fluid connections;

4. Integrated design: Integrated design, small size, high integration

5. Intelligent software

5.1 Real-time display curves of oscillation state, torque and normal force, and time-temperature equivalent superposition (TTS) is used to generate rheological modulus parameter curves;

5.2 Test software and data analysis can be customized according to user requirements.
