TBTDF-12 instrument is designed based on standard ASTM D36, EN 1427, GB/T4507.

1. Microcomputer control & photoelectric detection technology are adopted and allows test process being performed automatically with results displayed and printed afterwards.The detection optical path is visible clearly, test results are accurate & reliable.
2. The test can be performed manually or automatically optional.
3. The bath liquid is stirred evenly and the liquid temperature is linearly heated that ensures heating rate meets the requirements specified in the standard.
4. The beaker is made of high temperature resistant glass, the ring and steel ball meets requirements of standard.
5. By the equipped RS-232C communication interface, user can communicate with the computer.
