1. The rigid loading frame is with 4-columns (or 2-columns optional) and 2 screw rods, with upper test space for tensile and lower for compression, bending or shearing.
2. The middle cross-head with built-in worm-gearing is driven by motor for upward & downward moving instead of normal chain transmission to adjust vertical testing space, this greatly reduce back-lash and get more accurate & repeatable test results with displayed test curve smooth & stable.
3. There are multi-level positioning notches on columns for easily adjust upper cross-head to match different specimen height.
4. With front-opening hydraulic wedge grips, it is easier to fasten specimen firmly.
5. Cylinder is mounted at bottom of machine to get better working gravity.
6. Servo oil source system configured with electro-hydraulic servo valve and high-pressure gear pump to get excellent performance.
7. The PC controller with 2-channel digital amplifier enables digital closed-loop control of test force, displacement, stress, strain, etc.
By "Editing" function it enables the test process to be expanded as needed to fulfill any kind of complex editing with control mode switching, meets a variety of international standards.
