6 Column Electro-hydraulic Universal Testing Machine Digital Display

TBTUTM-BS series of products are mainly used for metal, nonmetal materials tensile, compression, bending, shear and other mechanical properties.

This series of products consists of four-column, two-screw, double space frame structure. Measurement unit consisting of high-quality electronic components with LCD display, to ensure reliable operation and accurate measurement.

The series has test force, deformation, loading curve, automatically record test data, print the test results.

A. TBTUTM-BS series LCD display UTM adopt hydraulic power source, via intelligent measurement and control instruments to complete the test data acquisition and processing;

B. It consists of main unit, oil source (hydraulic power source), measurement and control systems, test equipment.

C. the maximum test force 100kN / 300kN / 600kN / 1000kN;

D. It can meet the national requirements of metal tensile test in the standard test requirements, but also in accordance with other standards for different materials or products of the tensile, compression, bending, cutting, etc. Result including: tensile strength, yield strength and other performance;

E. It is a 6 column, double space structure. The upper and lower beams are equipped with hydraulically controlled clamping jaws. The standard models are equipped with V-shaped and flat jaws for tension testing round and flat specimens.

F. It is designed to expand the possibility of fitting additional fixtures to accomplish more tests. Such as: bolt stretching, round bar or plate bending test, etc.
