TBTACX-I & TBTACX-II Asphalt Slab Roller Compactor are designed to molding the bitumious mixture sample slabs of a target density, which to be used in highway construction.

TBTACX-I adopts hydraulic method, TBTACX-II adopts penumatic method.

The mould size can be customized according to customer’s requirement.

Features:

1. Equip with color touch screen, make the operating, data displaying and parameter inputting more convenient.

2. The temperature, compacting times and other parameters will be displayed real time.

3. Real time inspection of compacting pressure ensures test is carried out under the correct compacter pressure.

4. Equip with automatic alarm function when the compacter pressure exceeds 3% of the set pressure to inform the operator to respond accordingly.

5. The height of the test mold can be set and adjusted in the range of (30 ~ 100) mm.
