Application
TBT-4508G is designed & made as per national standard GB/T 4508-2010 Standard Test Method for Ductility of Bitumen, T0602-2011 Asphalt Ductility Test in JTG E20-2011 in the Industrial Standard of China JTJ052 Specification and Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixture for Highway Engineering and ASTM D113 Standard Test Method for Ductility of Bituminous Materials.
features
1. It adopts Human-comfort design. There is no screw & guiding rail or other components in test tank. Maximum measurement length is 1.5m. By innovative transmission design, the 2-way stretching is stable, synchronous, speed-uniform without any tremble.
2. The ductilometer can test ductility for 3 specimens and traction force for 2 specimens simultaneously.
3. By communication with PC, specimen is positioned automatically, and ductility can be tested remotely.
4. LCD touch screen shows temperature, ductility, traction force clearly.
5. A micro-printer can print test results showing Ductility, average value, maximum traction force and changing curves.
6. Specimen can return and be positioned automatically after test.
