This instrument is designed and made as per T 0653 Emulsified Asphalt Particles Ionic Charge Test and Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixture for Highway Engineering.
It is used to determine the electric charge characteristics of different kinds of emulsified asphalt particles ionics.
